NOTICE: Pamela S. Wilcox Has Retired
Pamela S. Wilcox is of counsel with the law firm of Nelson & Associates LLC, who has practiced in the areas of consumer and small business bankruptcy for over 30 years. She graduated with a B.A. degree from Illinois State University in 1975, and received her juris doctor from Southern Methodist University in May 1989.
Pam is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association; a past member of the Board of Governors for the Illinois State Bar Association; the Bar Association of the Central and Southern Federal Districts of Illinois; and the Knox County Bar Association.
Pam was Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification from 2001 to 2011. She was selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer in bankruptcy for 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Pam was a standing Chapter 7 United States bankruptcy trustee for two years in the Central District of Illinois. She has achieved Peer Review Rating of AV® Preeminent from Martindale Hubbell. Her current bankruptcy practice includes representation of consumer debtors, small business owners, and creditors in the Central District of Illinois.
